Danny Cunningham, Brandon Karr and Jon Danklefs, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth and San Antonio office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Ciera Bank. Cunningham and Karr procured the buyer, a Dallas-based CPA.
